Appointed Person: Lifting Operations (LOLER Compliance)

Under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER), every lifting operation must be planned by a competent person with both statutory authority and technical expertise: the Appointed Person (AP). The AP holds ultimate accountability for the safety, engineering integrity, and execution of lifting operations on site.

This comprehensive certification and competency course by the QHSE Association equips professionals with the technical, legal, and operational skills required to assume the duties of an Appointed Person.
